To our Carbon Clients:
In the event you may need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we ask that you please give us a 24 hour notice. If the appointment is cancelled, rescheduled, or no-showed after this time frame, 50% of your service total will be charged on the card given. The policy will also apply if you are running more than 15 minutes late to your scheduled appointment. By placing your card on file you are agreeing to these terms. Due to the nature of our services, giving us a notice will allow our artists to fill the spot of your appointment and keep on time for the other guests scheduled around that time frame. We understand that accidents and emergencies do happen and we will do our best to take this into consideration by having them reviewed by management. However these occurrences will be recorded to avoid this policy to be abused. We appreciate your business and we look forward to seeing you at your upcoming appointment!
